Calendar GPT

Users often struggle with traditional calendar tools—too many clicks, rigid interfaces, and constant switching between calendars, tasks, and notes just to schedule simple things. Managing Google Calendar events and tasks manually becomes even more tedious when juggling multiple priorities across work and personal life. To solve this, we built Calendar GPT 2.0, a full-stack AI-powered calendar management web application that turns scheduling into a conversational experience. Instead of navigating complex UIs, users simply interact through chat. They can type natural language commands like “schedule a team meeting on Monday at 10am” or “move my 3pm call to Friday”, and the AI intelligently interprets and executes the changes directly in Google Calendar and Tasks. Behind the scenes, the system acts as a coordination layer between multiple sources of truth. It keeps Google Calendar, a local database, and a Google Doc continuously synchronized in real time, ensuring consistency across scheduling data, task tracking, and shared documentation. This makes it more than just a calendar tool—it becomes an intelligent productivity assistant that understands intent, manages execution, and keeps everything aligned automatically. The result is a seamless, conversational workflow where users focus on planning their time, while the system handles all the operational complexity in the background.
