Contextlyr

Companies often possess vast amounts of internal knowledge buried in static documents, making it difficult for both employees and customers to find the specific information they need quickly. To solve this, we built Contextlyr, a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform that transforms static documentation into an intelligent, conversational knowledge assistant. The platform was designed to make complex information instantly accessible and actionable. Contextlyr allows users to upload documents in various formats, which are then indexed into a high-performance RAG pipeline. This enables the creation of an AI chatbot that can answer specific questions with total context and accuracy. The platform features a chat sandbox for testing and an easy-to-use embeddable widget, allowing businesses to deploy their custom knowledge assistant across websites or internal portals in minutes. With secure API key management and authentication, the system ensures that sensitive data remains protected while remaining highly accessible. The result is a more responsive and informed ecosystem. By converting passive documents into active, intelligent participants in the user journey, Contextlyr has significantly reduced support volume and improved the speed of information retrieval across the organization.
