To solve this, we built Hosting Buddy, a community-driven 'stay-for-work' platform that formalizes the exchange of help for housing. It connects hosts who need assistance with maintenance or chores to a network of helpers seeking unique accommodation experiences. The platform enables hosts to list their properties and the specific tasks they need help with, while helpers can browse opportunities based on their skills and desired locations. Integrated communication tools and a structured review system ensure that every stay is based on clear expectations and mutual respect. The mobile-first design makes it easy for both hosts and helpers to manage their arrangements on the go. The result is a thriving community where the traditional stay-for-work model is brought into the digital age.
