Patients visiting Nür Aesthetics Club often wanted quick, personalized guidance on their skin concerns—but the traditional process relied heavily on manual consultations, which limited scalability and delayed recommendations. Staff had to review each case individually, interpret patient inputs, and prepare treatment suggestions and consultation notes, making the workflow time-consuming and inconsistent at scale. To solve this, we built an AI-powered web application that transforms the patient journey into a self-serve, intelligent skin assessment experience. Patients begin by completing an intake form and uploading a facial image. The system then analyzes the input using AI to generate a detailed skin score, identifying key concerns and patterns. Based on this analysis, the platform provides personalized treatment recommendations and product suggestions tailored to the patient’s skin profile—giving users immediate, actionable insights. On the operational side, staff access a secure admin portal where they can view patient assessments, manage consultations, and track results in one centralized system. To further streamline clinical workflows, the platform also generates AI-written consultation scripts, helping practitioners deliver consistent, structured, and high-quality consultations. The result is a hybrid care system where patients get instant personalized insights, and staff can focus more on treatment quality rather than repetitive documentation and assessment work.
