Accounting firms using Karbon HQ were facing a familiar operational bottleneck: every new client, recurring engagement, and workflow setup required repetitive manual configuration. Onboarding took too long, tasks were inconsistently created, and managing multiple accounting workflows—like payroll, VAT, bookkeeping, and year-end accounts—became error-prone at scale. To solve this, we built an intelligent web automation bot designed specifically for Karbon HQ. The system streamlines work item creation and management by automating end-to-end setup processes inside the platform. When a new client is onboarded, the bot automatically generates the required work structure, assigns tasks, and configures workflows without manual intervention. It also handles recurring task setup, ensuring that routine accounting processes are scheduled and maintained consistently across clients. Beyond onboarding, the automation extends across 13+ specialized accounting workflows—including payroll processing, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and year-end accounts—each configured with the correct structure, dependencies, and timelines. The result is a highly standardized and scalable operational system where firms can onboard clients faster, reduce configuration errors, and focus more on advisory work rather than administrative setup.
