Warehouse logistics and inventory release workflows often suffer from operational bottlenecks, tracking errors, and communication gaps among a multilingual workforce. Without real-time scanning tools and a centralized verification portal, shipments are delayed and coordinating tasks across language barriers becomes highly inefficient. To solve this, we built QPI, a comprehensive AI-powered logistics and communication suite consisting of three integrated products—Simple Pallet App, QPI Release Portal, and QPI Translator—designed to coordinate warehouse operations. On the warehouse floor, the Simple Pallet App enables real-time pallet scanning, tracking, and status updates directly from mobile devices. For inventory management, the QPI Release Portal provides procurement teams with a secure, centralized system to validate stock distribution and manage order releases. To bridge language gaps among staff, the QPI Translator provides an AI-powered voice-to-voice translation system, converting spoken instructions to text and back to speech, ensuring seamless and accurate collaboration across languages.
