G3 International LLC was operating like many freight brokerage firms do—fast-moving, high-volume, and heavily dependent on disconnected tools. Sales, dispatch, tracking, accounting, and HR all lived in separate systems or spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain visibility across loads, people, and performance. Critical updates were delayed, accountability was fragmented, and leadership lacked a real-time view of the business. To solve this, we built a comprehensive internal operations platform that centralizes the entire organization into a single web application. At its core, the system unifies the freight brokerage workflow—from sales pipeline management and bid handling to load tracking, carrier performance monitoring, and business analytics. Every load moves through a structured lifecycle, giving teams real-time visibility into status, responsibility, and outcomes. Beyond operations, the platform also integrates full HR functionality, including timeclock, attendance tracking, and payroll processing with local tax compliance. This eliminates the need for separate HR systems and ensures workforce management is directly tied to operational data. To support day-to-day execution, the platform enables real-time collaboration through messaging, along with deep integrations with Google Calendar and Drive, ensuring schedules, documents, and communication stay connected to actual business activity. With role-based access control, each user—whether broker, sales representative, tracker, accountant, or manager—only sees what’s relevant to their function. A full audit trail ensures transparency and accountability across every action in the system. The result is a unified command center for the entire brokerage, replacing fragmented tools with a single source of truth that improves coordination, visibility, and operational efficiency at scale.
