Smartland Water & Sewer Bot

Property management teams managing large portfolios spend excessive hours manually logging into utility portals to check balances, retrieve bills, and track payment deadlines. This manual monitoring is highly repetitive, prone to human error, and risks late fees or service interruptions if utility bills are missed. To solve this, we built the Smartland Water & Sewer Bot, an intelligent Python-based web scraping and automation suite designed to continuously monitor utility accounts. The bot autonomously logs into utility portals, parses billing matrices, and automatically flags accounts with past-due or high balances. For all flagged accounts, it generates PDF billing statements, uploads them to secure folders in Google Drive, and updates master spreadsheets in Google Sheets. It also dispatches automated HTML email summaries to the administrative team, transforming a manual utility check-in task into a completely hands-free and transparent operational pipeline.
