To solve this, we built a centralized administrative dashboard designed specifically to monitor and analyze chatbot activity in real time. The platform provides a unified view of user interactions with the HR Tech chatbot, allowing administrators to track conversations as they happen and understand how users are engaging with the system. It also delivers real-time analytics and detailed conversation tracking, surfacing meaningful patterns rather than raw data. On top of that, user attribution data helps identify where users are coming from and how different segments interact with the chatbot. By consolidating all of this into a single dashboard, administrators can quickly evaluate performance, detect issues, and make data-driven improvements to the chatbot experience.
