Teams using Karbon HQ were spending too much time just managing incoming noise—emails, mentions, and task notifications piling up in the triage queue. Important client requests were getting buried, junk emails slowed down workflows, and staff had to manually read, sort, summarize, and assign every item before actual work could begin. To solve this, we built an intelligent email and task triage automation tool that integrates directly with Karbon HQ. The system continuously processes incoming emails, mentions, and task notifications from the triage queue in real time. It filters out junk and irrelevant content automatically, ensuring only meaningful items are considered. For relevant inputs, it extracts key information, generates concise AI-powered summaries, and identifies actionable items. These are then converted into structured tasks and placed directly into the correct Karbon work sections, aligned with the appropriate context and workflow. Once processed, items are automatically cleared from the triage queue—eliminating manual handling entirely. The result is a self-managing workflow where teams stay focused on execution, while AI handles intake, organization, and prioritization in the background.
