To solve this, we built Trip Follow-Up, an automated messaging bot powered by n8n that bridges the gap between schedule management and proactive communication. The system transforms static calendar data into a dynamic, automated engagement engine. The solution integrates directly with Monday.com to monitor trip timelines in real-time. By automatically detecting trip start and end dates, the system triggers context-aware check-in and feedback messages directly within WhatsApp groups. These personalized messages are delivered at precisely the right moments—welcoming travelers as they begin their journey and capturing their experiences immediately as they finish, all without any manual intervention from the coordination team. The result is a significant increase in traveler engagement and a streamlined feedback loop that requires zero administrative effort.
