The logistics and trucking industry often suffers from a lack of real-time visibility, where fleet managers, senders, and receivers are forced to rely on delayed status updates and manual communication. To solve this, we built the Truck Telemetry Portal, a MERN-stack web application designed to provide a unified command center for fleet operations. The platform was engineered to deliver total transparency across the entire transport chain. The portal integrates real-time GPS tracking with advanced telemetry sensors to monitor vehicle health and cargo status continuously. Fleet managers can access a mobile-responsive dashboard to see every truck’s location, identify maintenance needs before they become critical, and ensure cargo remains within safe parameters. Automated alerts and secure data sharing allow senders and receivers to stay informed without constant manual check-ins. The result is a highly coordinated logistics environment where data replaces guesswork.
